house approves bill on terror detainees
For those of you who don't like reading long articles I will summarize:
*WASHINGTON - The House approved legislation Wednesday giving the Bush administration authority to interrogate and prosecute terrorism detainees (terrorist are not just Jihad... the can also be defined as gang members, hookers, activists, members of greenpeace etc.)
*The measure also provides extensive definitions of war crimes such as torture, rape and biological experiments — but gives Bush broad authority to decide which other techniques U.S. interrogators can legally use. The provisions are intended to protect CIA interrogators from being prosecuted for war crimes. (open season)
*language (that)would give the president wide latitude to interpret international standards of prisoner treatment and bar detainees from going to federal court to protest their treatment and detention under the right of habeas corpus. (they own your ass)
*The bill also gives the president the ability to interpret international standards for prisoner treatment when an act does not fall under the definition of a war crime, such as rape and torture.
* Lawmakers shrugged off multiple disruptions from citizens watching the floor debate from inside the Capitol. (no one is listening to the voices of the people... the citizens of America.... ie the ones they want to "protect")
Alright kiddies so why would something so drastic be so important to Bush and his coporation

some guy from Canada was held in a super secret prison and tortured for two years before he was let go

he is understandably pissed
not to mention our behavior goes against the Geneva Code written by the United Nations
an organization we had a heavy hand in creating
Geneva Code on torture
oh yeah
wait
that mean that Bush can be tried for committing war crimes right
lol
So lets hope that the U.S. Senate has bigger balls than the House
and that this does not pass into law
On second thought fuck hoping
get your azz out there and exercise your right to disagree by writing to your leaders and educating your peeps about this
before its to late.
Beside if the did it to that poor innocent
just imagine what they can do to us "citizens"
all they have to do is declare you a Terrorist
sounds a little like Nazi Germany doesn't it?

before anyone thinks I'm not a patriot.... think about what happens if this is passed into American law and then somehow passed in the UN what would happen to our brothers and sisters on the front lines?
