what I ate  

alrighty honestly I had
grapes
on chicken sandwich which really should count as three
two fun size candies
32 ounces of water
and a huge choclate muffin
still have dinner to go but Kris is coming over so she'll help me remain sane


as far as feeling ... I feel pretty good
probally because I gave into my addictions... im be a bitch for sure before this is over...
